The Principal of Richards Property Solutions has handled multiple acquisitions over his many years in the industry.

We will work with you to develop the original property brief, carry out site search either directly or through agents and the media, evaluate and complete a full market analysis on selected sites and report to the client. Acquisition may be by either purchase or leasing and we have the experience to advise clients in relation to either of these options and in all sectors of the market.

Projects to date include large industrial land parcels in all eastern states, industrial buildings, retail properties and strata properties.

We have the ability to manage the due diligence during the acquisition process.

Due Diligence

The due diligence process can be quite complicated and Bruce Richards has project managed the due diligence for many large and complex transactions.

Due diligence does not just relate to the acquisition  of the physical real estate it can include company acquisitions of which the property component is  a small part and may include leasehold properties and will invariably include the transfer of liability for contamination, make good of leased properties at  the end of a lease, ongoing litigation, and many other issues.

RPS has experience in the property due diligence of

  • property acquisitions
  • company acquisitions of leasehold and freehold assets.

The largest transaction handled included the property due diligence for a company acquisition of  over $700 million.
