Bruce Richards Director of Richards Property Solutions has been in Corporate Real Estate for over 30 years. His experience has been varied and comprehensive. Firstly in Investment Property with Westpac, following with National Property Manager for National Mutual Royal Bank, State Manager for National Australia Bank and then State Manager and then promoted to National Portfolio Manager for Australia Post.
This has given him a wide knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate world. He has managed many major projects, sale and lease back programs, value adding to a portfolio, redevelopment of sites, in house management of property and portfolio issues.
He holds a Diploma in Valuation, is a Master of Corporate Real Estate, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the National Institute of Accountants.
