An example of our experience is the refurbishment of the Perth GPO commercial office building which transformed a partly derelict office building into a multi award winning office development.

The 1st Green Star certified refurbishment project in Western Australia, winner of the Property Council of Australia Heritage and Adaptive Re-use Award for Western Australia and numerous other heritage, project management and engineering awards. Another project which showed great innovation was a multi-use development in Port Macquarie that enabled an adjoining owner to incorporate their property into a much bigger development and in return they were provided with purpose built premises at a far higher value than their original premises. The end development of residential units, shops restaurants and a Country Womens Association premises took a under-utilised corner of Port Macquarie and transformed it a into a vibrant, community focused locality.
